Green Chutney, also known as coriander chutney is a refreshing Indian condiment that goes with nearly everything ,it may be vegetarian or non-vegetarian main meal dish or any fried snacks.It gives a tangy taste to your samosas and pakoras.It is equally relished with roasted chicken and kebabs.
Ingredients:
Chopped coriander leaves. 1 cup
Green chillies chopped. 3-4,
Garlic(optional). 5 flakes
Lemon juice. 2tsp
Black salt. 1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
Blend coriander leaves,green chillies and garlic in a chutney grinder .
If needed you can add a little water may be a tbsp or two. Add salts and cumin powder.
Add lemon juice. Store this chutney in a covered container in the refrigerator.
It can be stored in the refrigerator for a week.
