Ingredients:
Flour 2cups
Green Peas 2 cups
Chopped onion 1small
Chopped ginger 1tsp
Asafoetida a pinch
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Amchur powder 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Green chillies chopped. 2
Green coriander chopped 1tbsp
Ghee or butter as required for frying

Method:
Add little salt to the flour and add enough water to bind and knead the flour to a smooth dough.
Keep aside covered for 1/2 an hour. Coarse lay grind the peas in a blender. Do not make paste.
Heat a tbsp oil in a pan add common and asafoetida.Add onion and ginger sauté.Add green chillies, red chilli powder aamchur and garam masala.Mix and remove from fire. Add salt and coriander leaves.Cool.
Divide the flour dough in to lemon sized balls.Roll them into cup shapes, put some filling and close properly. Roll out into parathas and roast on hot griddle, adding ghee or butter and making crisp and brown properly.
Serve hot with butter or yogurt.
