Sabudana 1 cup
Milk 1lt.
Sugar 4tbsp or less or more according to your taste
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Saffron soaked in 2 tbsp warm milk Few strings
Almonds soaked and peeled 15
Kishmish a handful

Wash and rinse sabudana in running water. Keep aside for few hrs. and fluff with a fork once or twice. Now boil a cup of water and add sabudana to it and boil it till the pearls becomes translucent. Add milk and cook on slow heat, keep stirring occasionally. Add saffron milk and cardamom powder. Finally add sugar and slivered almonds and kishmish. Remove when thick and creamy. Serve hot or chilled as you like but I like it mine hot with a lot of almonds.
