The delectable combination of chocolate and cream cheese ensures the continuing popularity of this classic brownie.
Two Tone Marble Brownie
Flour 60g
Oil 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter 75g
Cocoa powder. 3 tbsp
Brown sugar 250g
Milk chocolate 50g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Eggs 2
For cream cheese layer:
Cream cheese 150g
Sugar 40-50g
Egg 1

Melt butter and chocolate in a small pan in microwave then stir in cocoa until well blended.Keep aside.
Beat the eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy.Gradually add sugar and blend well.Stir in the chocolate mixture.Fold in sieved flour and baking powder.In another bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and egg with a blender and set aside. Now reserve a little brown batter,and set aside and scrape the remaining brown batter in to a prepared tin .Pour the cheese cake mixture evenly over top.Drop the remaining brown mixture over the cream cheese topping.Swirl with a toothpick and bake for 50 minutes or till done at 170c.Cut into sq. and serve
