Ingredients:

All purpose flour 125g
Butter 25g
Dalda ghee. 25g
Sugar 50g
Egg 1/2
Baking powder 1/2tsp
Vanilla essence 1tsp
Walnuts chopped 1/2 cup
Salt. a pinch

Method:
Cream butter and ghee very well until soft and creamy.Add sugar beat till almost white and fluffy.
Mix egg and vanilla.Sieve flour salt and baking powder in to the mixture. Fold lightly and add chopped walnuts .Roll the dough into a cylinderical shape and cover with foil.Keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hr.Preheat the oven at 200c and cut round cookies and bake for 15 minutes.Let cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes and then transfer on a wire rack to cool completely.
