An all time favorite of not only punjabis but of all the people fond of healthy food. A simple and delicious dish.You just can’t go wrong in this

Ingredients:
Chicken breast 2
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilli sauce 1/2 tsp
Barbecue sauce 1tsp
Salt to taste
For coating:
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
Lightly beaten egg 1
Honey 1tsp
Oil as required

Method:
Take two chicken breast and apply lemon juice and keep aside for half an hr.
Combine other ingredients for marination like salt,chilly powder,ginger garlic paste, barbecue sauce, green chilli sauce and soya sauce.Rub this mixture to the chicken breasts. Add one tbsp oil and Keep refrigerated for few hours.
Take out the breast from fridge add honey and mix and remove from the marinade and roll over the dry flour. Dip each breast in the beaten egg. Then roll over the bread crumbs.
Heat a non stick pan add little oil and put the breasts in the pan. Cook for two three minutes on each side until cooked from inside and crisp from out side.
Serve hot with any dip of your choice.
