This recipe is very easy and delicious. Chocolate red wine sauce make it heavenly weekend dessert.

Egg whites 50ml(of two large eggs)
Castor sugar 3tbsp
Salt a pinch
Vinegar 1/4 tsp
Vanilla. 1tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp

For sauce:
Dark chocolate 200gms
Red dry wine. 50ml
salted butter. 20gms

In a dry mixing bowl, whisk egg whites with a pinch of salt and vinegar.
Add castor sugar in small batches.whisk until thick and glossy.Fold corn flour.It should be stiff .
Lay a baking tray with foil and scoop a ball of this batter over it .Make 4 balls with this batter.
Keep little space in between.Bake in a preheated oven for an hr. at 100 degrees.Let it cool in the oven for few hrs.
For sauce, melt chocolate with wine in a double boiler . Add butter. Stir until smooth and glossy.
It can be kept covered in refrigerator for few days.
Put a macaroon on a serving plate pour a little sauce over it .Decorate with a roasted almond or a glanced cherry.
They are perfect ,crunchy from outside and tiny bit chewy from inside.
