Condensed milk 1 tin
Dark chocolate 200gms
Butter 2tbsp
Coffee powder 1 1/2tsp
A handful of nuts of your choice, (walnuts, almonds or cashew nuts)


Heat condensed milk in a thick bottomed pan on a medium flame.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave for a minute.
Add coffee powder and chocolate to the milk.Stir well.
Add butter and cook for a minute till it became smooth and sticky.
Mix chopped nuts and remove.
Pour this mixture in a greased thali.Cut into desired shapes.
Decorate with some nuts.
I put walnuts in the fudge but decorate with cashew half as I finished it without saving for garnishing.
