Vegetable stock is very essential for making wholesome soups.You can prepare it very easily at home.It can be refrigerated for 3-4 days and can be used as and when required.

Ingredients
Onions sliced 3
Ginger chopped 1”piece
Garlic chopped 5 flakes
Carrot chopped 3
Cabbage chopped ½ cup
French beans chopped ½ cup
Potato chopped 1-2
Tomato 6 big
Water 5 cups
Method:
Put water in a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
Cool and strain the liquid. Keep aside for later use.
Note: You can use any left over vegetables to prepare stock.
