Mayonnise is a dip, that can be used in burgers, sandwiches or even salads.
Eggs yolks 2
Olive oil or salad oil 1 cup
Juice of 1 lemon
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Blend the egg yolks in a blender and add the salad oil very slowly, pouring in a thin line, very slowly. Add the lemon juice and salt and keep blending. When the oil is all mixed in properly and the mixture is thick enough, add black pepper and oregano.
