I am always fascinated with whipped cream. When I was a kid I like everything which has a blob of whipped cream on top. I may not finish or like the dish but I always gobbled up the cream. My this fascination still continues, but my growing weight doesn’t allow me this luxury any more. But still sometimes I cheat on my diet and enjoy my Irish coffee with a dollop of whipped cream. Here I am sharing the recipe with Irish Whisky but you can prepare it without alcohol as well.
Ingredients:
Irish whiskey 30ml.
Brown sugar 1tsp
Freshly brewed coffee 1cup
Whipped cream for topping
Method:
Pour some hot water into your glass and then pour out the water. Fill your glass 3/4 high with coffee add sugar. Stir until fully dissolved. Pour Irish whiskey and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Enjoy while it is still hot.
