Milk 2 cups
Cheese grated 1/4cup

Salt To taste
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Take butter in a pan. Add garlic and sauté till the raw smell goes off. Take care it do not get brown. Add flour and stir to cook on medium
low flame. Cook till a pleasant aroma comes out. Add boiled and cooled milk but keep stirring to avoid lumps formed. When thicken add cheese, salt and pepper.
This sauce thickens faster after it cools down. If it becomes too thick add some milk and heat for 1-2 minutes.

Note: You can add herbs of your choice like oregano, basil, thyme or rosemary. This sauce can be made for baked vegetables and pasta a day ahead.
