A delicious and creamy raita to be served with famous hyderabadi biryani.It is a side dish and very easy to make.
Hung curd 1cup
Garlic 2 cloves
Green chilli chopped 1tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Whisk the hung curd in a large bowl.Take a pan and heat a1tsp oil in it. Add chopped garlic and green chillies sauté for a minute. Remove and add to the beaten curd. Add salt, red chilli powder,sugar and roasted cumin powder.Stir properly and refrigerate till serving. Serve with hyderabadi biryani.
