Ingredients:
Flour 1&1/2cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Buttermilk 3/4 cup
Egg 1
Soda 1tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Melted butter 1/4 cup, Vanilla 1tsp
Cardamom powder 1tsp
Method:
Preheat the oven at 170c for 10minutes.Grease a doughnut pan. Sift flour, salt, soda and cardamom powder. In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Add to the dry ingredients. Mix melted butter. Add Vanilla. Fill this batter in the pastry bag and pipe the mixture into the doughnut pan until 2/3 full. Bake at 170c for 15 minutes or until doughnuts springs back when lightly pressed. Let it cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then carefully invert on a cooling rack. Let the doughnuts cool completely before glazing.
For Glazing
Icing sugar  2 tbsp
Water  1 tsp
Cardamom powder   1/4 tsp
Sprinkler for decoration
Sieve icing sugar. Add cardamom powder. Add water and mix to make a smooth paste. Drizzle over the cool doughnuts. Decorate with coloured sprinklers.
