Flour 125gms
Cocoa powder 50gms
Instant coffee powder 2tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Soda 1tsp
Salt 1/4tsp
Sugar 100gm
Oil 1/2 cup
Hot water 1/4 cup
Yoghurt 1/4 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1tsp

Preheat the oven at 180C. Grease an eight inches pan with some butter and dust some flour. Dissolve coffee powder in hot water and keep aside. Sift flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and soda. In a large mixing bowl beat oil and sugar lightly. Add coffee mixture and yoghurt. Fold dry ingredients very lightly ,adding milk little by little. Pour this mixture in the prepared pan and bake for 40- 45 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center. Remove and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Invert on a wire rack to cool completely. Take care while inverting on the rack as it is a very soft cake.
